We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Personal Checks and Company
Checks (these will need to clear our bank account prior to shipping)
Money Orders and Cashier Checks. We do not ship COD.
Sales tax
Sales tax will be charged for Washington residents at the rate
of 8.2% unless Le’ Saric has
a valid sales tax ID number on file.
Wholesale
If your company is interested in carrying Le’ Saric products,
please fill out our application for
wholesale buyers and we will set you up with a wholesale password
to view products and pricing. Free shipping does not apply.
Out of Stock Products
We do occasionally run out of an item. In the event we do, we
will ship the order minus the out of stock item and adjust it accordingly
on the invoice. Customer will be notified of out of stock item.
The customer may request the item be back ordered and the back
order will not be charged until shipped. Shipping will be charged
accordingly.
Shipping
Our standard shipping is USPS, UPS or DHL. We normally ship within
48-72 hours of receiving orders depending on product. When offering
free shipping on orders, it is Le'Saric's choice of shipping
method. *Heavy weight items may not qualify for free shipping,
customer will be notified.
UPS*: Orders inside the continental U.S. is shipped FOB Olympia,
WA, via UPS ground-trac unless otherwise indicated. UPS Next day,
2 day and 3 day are available at an additional charge.
U.S. Postal Service: Orders originating outside the continental
U.S. is shipped U.S. Postal Service. Canadian orders are shipped
via Air Parcel Post unless requested otherwise, extra charges apply
if necessary. All other foreign orders are shipped via International
Express Mail. Customer is responsible for any duties or GST.
*If customer gives an incorrect address/zip code or reroutes a
package from its original destination, customer assumes the $5
UPS charge or any other charges incurred for the correction and
agrees that Le’ Saric may charge
this fee to the customers credit card.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept any
returns, as we would not be able to guarantee the quality and purity
of returned products to our customers. Please feel free to call
toll free 877-996-1800 with any questions prior to ordering. Defective/damaged
product will be replaced with the identical item upon the return
of defective/damaged product. Call for return order number. We
will not be responsible for items returned without prior return
order number.
Disclaimer
Le’ Saric will not be held
responsible for any misuse of their products. Any injury resulting
in the use of Le’ Saric products
will be solely the responsibility of the customer and said customer
releases Le’ Saric and the
owner of any and all responsibility in the case of injury.
The natural and hand crafted products in our boutique may have
variations and this is what makes them unique. They are not defects,
but the beauty of each individual product to be treasured.
